SECTION 3 - BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
Service bookings are accepted based on availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in full charges.
SECTION 4 - PAYMENT TERMS
All payments must be made in full at the time of service booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We reserve the right to refuse service for unpaid or disputed balances. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and approved digital payments.

While we strive to maintain schedules, we are not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, mechanical failure, or unforeseen events beyond our control. Customers are expected to comply with all safety rules during transportation, including the use of seatbelts where required. Any damage to vehicles caused by customers will result in financial liability. Harassment, intoxication, or unlawful behavior may result in immediate termination of the ride.
